We are responsible for Our Services only when use Our Team with our company.We are not responsible if the service is complete without our knowledge.All payments through company name only.

Terms and Conditions for Customer

  • JuzOnce allocate various calls booked by customers across various products and services based on technician availability.
  • Allocation of calls is decided by JuzOnce Call Management Team and co-ordination with customer. None of the Technician allow to interfere with this process.
  • Customer shall allow the work from Technician only after approval from JuzOnce. Otherwise JuzOnce is not responsible for that work.
  • Customer should not initiate any additional work without communication of JuzOnce. JuzOnce not give any assurance for the work quality if customer take additional work.
  • Reasonable Travelling allowances will be charged for our services based on the distance if customer reject a call at the time of Technician Reached at customer place.
  • Customer shall pay the charges only when get Invoice from JuzOnce. JuzOnce not promote Any Hidden charges.
  • Customer is the primary responsible for his properties. If any damages caused by Technicians JuzOnce will reimburse the amount of damage from Technician.

Terms and Conditions for Technician

  • JuzOnce allocate various calls for Technicians across various teams based on time availability and quality of service.
  • Allocation of calls is decided by JuzOnce Call Management Team. None of the Technician allow to interfere with this process.
  • Technicians will start the work only when get approval from JuzOnce. Otherwise JuzOnce is not responsible for that work.
  • Technicians will not allow to follow Customers of JuzOnce at any time without knowledge of JuzOnce.Technicians not allow to overrule the work assigned by JuzOnce.
  • Technicians should not transfer any service to other persons at any time without communication of JuzOnce.
  • Technicians should not collect any additional amount beyond Invoice by JuzOnce at any time.
  • If any damage caused by Technician at the time of service on customer’s properties or JuzOnce Spares and Tools, he is only responsible for that damage. Such amount of Damage will be charged from Technician.
